Introduction

We are looking for a motivated sales/business development intern to join our team and gain real-world, hands-on experience in business development. This role offers exposure across the full sales cycle—from identifying opportunities to nurturing relationships and supporting deal closures. As an intern, you will engage with potential clients, contribute to outbound and inbound sales efforts, and collaborate with marketing and leadership teams. This is an exciting opportunity for someone curious, proactive, and eager to make an impact while working with global clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Convert inbound leads into active opportunities through timely follow-ups and consultative selling.
  • Drive outbound sales activities, including cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and follow-up calls to generate new leads.
  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging, positioning, and target segments.
  • Represent the company in client interactions and pitch meetings (online or in-person as required).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Track pipeline activities, update sales progress, and report on learnings, outcomes, and growth metrics.

Skills Needed

  • Pursuing or recently completed a business degree/MBA from a top-tier B-school, available for 3–6 months.
  • You’re a confident communicator with a natural flair for building rapport.
  • Not afraid to cold reach out or chase ambitious sales targets.
  • Curious, proactive, and driven to create results.
  • Interest in design, technology, and innovation is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment that values initiative and ownership.
